Apple has seeded the second beta of iOS 4.3 to developers. The new beta version of iOS 4.3 is available for download now. iOS 4.3 Beta 2 adds push notifications to iTunes Ping. iOS 4.3 Beta 2 is only available for enrolled developers so that they can test it by running their apps in order to make necessary changes to them so that they can work properly with the new version. In this release Apple has also told developers that multitouch gestures will not be released to public in iOS 4.3 and are for testing purposes only.
