LG has announced an Android powered smartphone named Optimus Black, the phone is thinner than iPhone 4 and features NOVA display. LG Optimus Black features a 4-inch NOVA display and is only 9.22mm thick whereas iPhone 4 is 9.33mm. The device will be shipped with Android 2.2 but is capable of running Android 2.3 said LG. Whats amazing is that this phone is said to have a 1.3GHz Snapdragon processor, the phone is also said to have better 2D and 3D graphic acceleration, HD video recording and playback, GPS, Wifi, and multi-mode UMTS and CDMA 3G connectivity and all that in a Windows Phone 7 powered device. Following the footsteps of Samsung i917 and HTC Schubert LG E900 has decided to show some of its Windows Phone 7 magic and on video! The video is made from a very blurry cam but still is OK to spice up our day. LG E900 has a thin and sleek design that most of you would love. It has three buttons at the bottom of the screen that are the Start Button, back, and search. No more details are there about this phone but wait we have a video, do watch that tell us what you think of this  LG phone.

Windows Phone 7 powered phones have been leaking from a while now and the lot is not stopping to expand at all, so i am posting all the images and information below that have been leaked on different websites for you to have look and decide for yourself whether you want to own a Windows Phone 7 powered phone or not.

Gizmodo has posted images that a tipster has given to them, these images are of Samsung i8700 phone that is powered by Windows Phone 7. Nothing much about he phone is known but we know that it has a 8GB internal memory (see image above) and a camera with flash support. The device is looking awesome and i should say that it is the most beautiful among the Windows Phone 7 devices that have surfaced in the past few months. We hope to hear more about this beauty soon.

Above is a phone that was leaked some months ago and is called LG Panther. And i bet you know most of the things about this phone as many websites have written their hands-on review about this phone as well. The specs are Slide out QWERTY keypad, 3.5 inch touch-screen display, Accelerometer sensor ,5.0 mega pixel camera with video recording at 720p hi def, WiFi, 3G, and Bluetooth 2.1 support/connectivity, and ofcourse Microsoft Windows Phone 7.

Here is a newly leaked Windows Phone 7 device named LG C900, it features a rounded landscape slider equipped with a four-row keyboard and a simplified two-button capacitive layout beneath the screen paired with a chrome Windows key.

Here is a phone whose name is not known yet but is codenamed as HTC T8788 and is destined to come on AT&T. The phone is different from others and has a sleek new look with glossy surface. This looks like a media device as it has a sliding speaker as you can see above instead of qwerty keyboard. So will you buy a Windows Phone 7 powered media device?

Samsung Cetus that has recently been leaked is destined for AT&T, no details about the release date are avialable at the moment and not much about the specs we know as well. Hope this phone hits the market soon.

Here is a another leak of a phone that is undoubtedly a Windows Phone 7 device. The phone is said to have been built using a single piece of aluminum and has plastic cutouts in the back for wireless connectivity. Nothing much is known about the phone at the moment, but as we can see in the video below it not only has it a camera at its back but that is supported by a flash.

ASUS’s Windows Phone 7 has been leaked in the wild and has been photographed for us to see. The phone has been leaked from Pakistan, this angular handset bears a serial number on top and a typical “powered by ASUS” branding on the bottom, leading us to believe that if it’s legit, it’s certainly a pre-production model. A rare sight on mobile phones of any description, the top right corner looks suspiciously like it might be housing a front-facing camera, and the display looks very much like an OLED panel.

Dell lightening is a Windows Phone 7 powered device that has a large display panel at 4.1-inch WVGA OLED touchscreen display, but you can slide-out a good portrait QWERTY keyboard that hidden beneath the screen. It is expected to have 1GHz Qualcomm processor, equipped with five megapixel camera with integrated autofocus. You may also found WiFi, GPS, bluetooth, Accelerometer, digital compass, a Proximity sensor, FM Tuner and Full Flash support available on Dell Lightning.

HTC Mondrian was leaked at the forums, who using the Windows Phone 7 ROM to leak the above image. Pictured above is an image extracted from the “oemavatar.cab. The specs that are also leaked by the leakers of this image are that it has a 4.3-inch WVGA (480×800) display from Optrex and a 1.3GHz QSD8650A/B Snapdragon from Qualcomm a chipset, you might recall, supporting multi-mode UMTS and CDMA 3G connectivity. It’s also packing a digital compass but seems to lack a keyboard.

LG has boldly claimed that its upcoming Android powered tablet would be “Surprisingly Productive” and Better than the iPad. Now thats a very bold statement made by LG’s VP of Marketing. The LG’s tablet will set itself apart from Apple’s iPad by focusing on the ability to create content, rather than simply display it, Mr. Ma said in an interview.

The tablet will include content focused on creation such as writing documents, editing video and creating programs. It will also have “high-end features and new benefits,” many of which will focus on productivity, Mr. Ma said in an interview given to WSJ.

LG is very confident or i should say over confident over its upcoming Android tablet not considering the success iPad is enjoying.

LG has just officially announced its upcoming Android phone that is LG LU2300. LG has also confirmed that the phone has a 1GHz Snapdragon processor and Android 2.1 which is a great news for Android fans, along with this the phone features  a 3.5-inch AMOLED capacitive display, a 5-megapixel camera, built-in WiFi, DivX support and a DMB TV tuner. LG LU2300 will be available in Korea sometime this month or next but we don’t have any information about its price or any exact release date.

LG’s CEO Nam Yong has said that half of its upcoming smartphones will be Android power. This comes as a surprise for us as LG has a large list of phones that are featuring Windows and we are also aware of the deal that LG and Microsoft announced back at MWC last year, which supposedly made Windows Mobile LG’s “primary smartphone OS “. This is obviously a reaction of the high demand of Android phones and it ever growing world wide popularity. LG has produced some remarkable phones last year and had been successful since then.

LG has announced a very beautiful smart phone today that run Moblin and is named LG GW990. The GW990 brings Intel’s power sipping Moorestown CPU and its the first Mooretown powered smart phone, a 4.8-inch panoramic widescreen display, HD Video, 3D gaming, a GPS, WiFi, 1850mAh battery, digital compass, HSPA radio, and 5 megapixel camera. As you can see in the image the display splits into 3 vertical panels when held in landscape mode giving you independent control over each that’s a new concept to be noted.

Here are the specs it has 16GB of built in flash memory and 512MB RAM, and 720p output is possible if the 1020 x 480 screen resolution,it has 1,850mAh battery and the MicroSD expansion slot. LG is reported to bring some new OS to its mobile phones and that could happen in the mid of this year but for that we have to wait.

LG as expected came up with something unique, something special and this time its not just ordinary development they have brought to the world of mobile phones but is a feature that would change the face of your mobile phone from A to Z! What they have done is that they have added a projector at the back of there upcoming phone named LG ‘EXPO’ that makes it capable of projecting images, videos, games and everything on the wall next to you.

This would obviously change the way we use mobile phones to a great extent. The LG Expo is a Windows Mobile 6.5 based phone on AT&T with a built-in Pico Projector accessory that can be attached when you need to project slides, pics, videos or anything on wall next to you. This tiny device can project a 10 feet wide screen picture on the wall which has reasonably good quality. No cover or part of the phone needs to be removed to attach the additional device. When not required, the device can be detached. LG ‘EXPO’ Windows Mobile phone is also powered by the powerful 1Ghz Snapdragon processor.

We knew about it but now it is official and announced by LG that its first ever android phone is about to hit the market. Firstly revealed at IFA in Germany it was named as Etna but this name was not used at the official release. But most of the things are same as were discussed at IFA. The phone has 3-inch touchscreen and a 5MP camera. It also has a QWERTY slider keyboard that makes it a bit thicker. LG has defined it as a phone for young professionals and developers may just to keep Microsoft happy!. The phone is expected to be available in the 4th quarter of the year.

The specs for LG GW620 Anroid phone are it has a screen of TFT resistive touchscreen, 256K colors with size of 320 x 480 pixels, 3.0 inches.

Its is available in Blue on Black colour and comes with a GPS support. Dimensions and weight details are still not revealed but phone looks a bit thick to me because of its QWERTY keyboard.
