Engadget has got some “concrete” information from “reliable sources” that have told them that the iPad 2 will land in April and will sport a sleeker and thinner design with a higher resolution screen (still, not exactly like the one on iPhone 4) and surprisingly the device will feature a built in SD card slot and will not have a traditional USB slot. The device is obviously said to have dual cameras, one for taking pictures and videos and the other one for Facetime.

As revealed in the new developer build of iOS 4.3, Apple will soon be adding a new feature to its MobileMe bundle and that feature will be called ‘Find My Friends’. Nothing much has been revealed about this new feature but as the name suggests it is going to be something like Google’s free Latitude app for iPhone that tells you where your friends are at that moment. This feature when added, will be very useful in finding out the current location of your friends.

Facebook is one of the most prominent social network on the Internet and Facebook team is always busy in working to facilitate its users by introducing new features although all of them are not too good but still they are committed. Now we have the news that Facebook is testing a new feature these days that is “Mark you don’t know” feature. Here’s how it works, have you ever received a friend request from a person whom you don’t want in your friend list and you simply ignore his/her request and forget about it, then after some days the same person requests you again thinking that you would add him/her this time and this gets annoying when you receive such requests often.

One of our sources tell that the enw version of Apple iTunes that is 9.0 will have the blu-ray support. Visual management and rearrangement capabilities for App Store software, and integration with social media sites will also be offered in the new version. This is what boygeniusreport.com tells

“One of the new additions to iTunes is said to include Blu-ray support which lines up nicely with a recent Apple Insider report about Apple integrating Blu-ray into their new iMac line-up. Something else that will most likely make a bunch of people happy is that we’ve been told iTunes 9 will finally include the ability to visually organize and arrange your iPhone and iPod touch applications. Something that wasn’t so clearly described was some kind of Twitter/Facebook/Last.fm integration. Maybe broadcasting what song you’re playing to your friends?”

That would be new for most of us if iTunes is made capable of doing that i mean who today does not use twitter and facebook and if other social bookmarking sites are also added such as Digg and users can bookmark their content on such websites that would be great for us and Apple too.

The sources also tell that the new capability would also be available in new Apple iMacs. One of those features is said to have long been on the wish-lists of many Mac users while the other is expected to have the semi-professional audio/video crowd.

We can’t tell any dates of its release but we can assume that Apple may announce it in its annual function in September.

Note:- The above information has been taken from boygeniusreport.com.
