Other than Private browsing feature in Safari, Apple has also added “Remove Website data” feature that lets you delete all the data related to any specific website you recently visited. You can also remove all website data too, if you want to by tapping on remove all website data button. This feature is useful if you do not want to delete all of your history and only want to remove data from any specific website.

To delete website data, go to Safari settings from your settings.app in iOS 5, and tap on “Remove Website Data”.
