The developers of HootSuite Twitter app for iPhone have decided to distribute their app for free at the app store. The HootSuite app allows you to join the conversation on the go using the app on your iPhone or iPod touch. It also enables you to send scheduled updates to your Twitter account. By using this app you can track click stats, and set up tracking columns to monitor keywords, #hashtags and lists.

The app was previously available at a price tag of $2.99 and had a lite version too but from now the full version has gone free for everyone.
