Apple has just released the GarageBand app for iPad in the App Store. GarageBand turns your iPad into a touch based musical instrument that lets you play compose and play musical tunes anywhere on the go. GarageBand lets you play pianos, organs, guitars, drums, and basses by taking full advantage of its multitouch screen.
GarageBand app is available at the App Store for $4.99 and only works on the iPad running iOS 4.2 or above.
