Flurry that is a Mobile Apps analytics company has said that they have detected some mysterious unknown devices that have downloaded various apps with its tracking code in Apple’s campus. Flurry is saying that it has detected around 50 devices on Apple’s Cupertino campus that have the “characteristics” of a tablet, running a new version of the iPhone OS numbered 3.2. These apps include mostly games, entertainment and media apps.
According to a report by flurry it first detected this in October and now numbers have raised in January. The number that they have given is that around 200 apps of different kinds were downloaded and tested on it and whats interesting in this report is that they have identified its OS to be similar to iPhone OS which means either that the Tablet is running an iPhone-like OS, or that this is a bigger iPhone/iPod we can say it now until the event that is taking place day after tomorrow till then we have to keep our finger crossed and wait!
