An anonymous tipster has just tipped us some images confirming that iOS version 4.3 will bring Personal Wifi Hotspot option to all iPhones. As it was revealed yesterday Verizon iPhone 4 will come with this feature on release and other iPhones (on AT&T) will get this feature with iOS 4.3. According to our source, the OS version will be 8F5148b and will have a baseband 04.08.00.

They never said it would be free, and (if my past experience with AT&T is any indicator) I'm sure they'll charge a ridiculous amount for the privilege of enabling the HotSpot, so you can use/share the data plan you already pay for.
