Apple has just released iOS 5 beta 5 to developers. The update is available to registered Apple developers over-the-air and as direct download from the Dev Center. To install this update over-the-air you first need to erase all content and settings from your iDevice by going to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
To install this update over the air you also need to be running iOS 5 beta 3 or above. If you are running iOS 5 beta 4 then this will be a 128MB download for you.
