We reported earlier about the Twitter trends of 2010, and now following Google and Twitter, Facebook has also revealed the top trends of the year 2010. Most of the top trends on Facebook are just like the trends we saw on Twitter and Google (Hint: World Cup, iPad, Haiti Earthquake, Movies and Justin Bieber!). Apple iPad and iPhone 4 managed to take the fourth spot in the overall top trends race.

In May, Apple surpassed long-time rival Microsoft in market capitalization, thanks in large part to two of the most discussed products of the year: the iPad and iPhone 4. These two products combined to account for over 25 million bragging, lusting or the occasional condemning posts during the year.
